The UKSA's 2-year NCFE Level 3 Diploma program offers comprehensive knowledge of the sports and outdoor industry. Throughout the course, students gain hands-on experience by leading sessions as coaches or instructors. The curriculum includes detailed study of anatomy, physiology, nutrition, and the principles and practices of the outdoor adventure industry.

Paddle UK Paddlesport Safety and Rescue Course

RYA Dinghy Instructor (subject to completing Levels, pre requisites and Pre Entry)

RYA Safety Boat
Water-based activities (SUP, Keelboating, Multihull Sailing, Windsurfing, Dinghy Sailing)
Industry Guidance including CV and Interview preparation and careers days
Industry visits such as Southampton Boat Show, RYA Dinghy Show, Red Funnel, Royal Navy, Cowes Harbour Commission and Yacht Haven

During this 2-year programme, 50% of your training will be practical based with the remaining 50% theory

4 days a week

On full completion of this course, learners gain the experience and qualifications to apply for various job opportunities or further training within the maritime industry. This can include:
