Show learners how and why things are done properly

Help apprentices and students build confidence, pride in their work, and employability

Use your experience to bridge the gap between training and the real world of work

Why move into education?

Put your trade experience to use in a new and rewarding way

Enjoy a stable, year-round role with clear salary, holiday, and pension benefits

Receive support to gain teaching and assessor qualifications

Benefit from regular hours and an improved work–life balance

Make a meaningful contribution by giving back to your industry

This is your chance to leave a lasting legacy — not just a tidy finish.

Someone who takes Health and Safety seriously and leads by example

Someone who can explain practical techniques clearly and patiently

Someone who cares about quality, standards and personal growth

Someone who wants to be part of a team in a role with stability, purpose and genuine job satisfaction
