Your Role .............
How you will support our Students ........
- Provide tailored educational, emotional and practical support to students with a range of additional needs.
- Support learners to engage in lessons, workshops, enrichment activities and work-related learning.
- Assist students with developing confidence, independence, communication and social skills.
- Promote student wellbeing and provide encouragement to help learners overcome barriers to learning.
- Support students with personal care and mobility needs where required and appropriate.
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff, therapists, parents/carers and support services to meet individual learner needs.
- Contribute to creating a positive, inclusive and respectful learning environment for all students.
- Safeguard and promote the welfare, dignity and rights of all learners at all times.
