Brighter Future - Isle of Wight College Annual Student Awards
The Isle of Wight College Awards Ceremony, a celebration of student success, dedication, and achievement, will be held this year at the Riverside Centre in Newport. This prestigious event recognises outstanding learners across various disciplines, highlighting their hard work, resilience, and excellence. Supported by local businesses, staff, and families, the ceremony showcases the incredible talent within the College, inspiring future generations to strive for success.
All students who are receiving awards will be sent an invitation and the opportunity to book tickets for themselves and two guests. Details below:

- Once you have RSVP'd you will be asked to book a (free) ticket to this event.
- Each student may bring up to two guests.

Ceremony Details
Morning Ceremony
🕙 10:00am – 12:00pm (arrivals from 9:30am)

Pathways, Foundation Learning, Childcare, Health & Social Care, Forensic Science, Public Services, Art, Graphics & Photography, Media Production, Performing Arts, Hairdressing & Barbering, Beauty Therapy, Horticulture, ESOL, GCSE Maths & English
Afternoon Ceremony
🕑 2:00pm – 4:00pm (arrivals from 1:30pm)
Awards for:
Catering & Hospitality, Sport & Fitness, Animal Care, Digital Industries, Travel & Tourism, Business, Carpentry & Joinery, Painting & Decorating, Brickwork, Plumbing, Electrical, Motor Vehicle, Engineering, Access to Higher Education, Graduating Higher Education Students, Student of the Year
If you are attending you will then be asked to book a ticket for the event (free).
Parking Information
Parking at the Riverside Centre is limited (accessible only). Free parking is available at the Isle of Wight College, just a 10-minute walk from the venue. Local car parks are also nearby.
Higher Education Students
