We have a number of exciting opportunities for individuals to make a real difference to the learning experiences and life skills of our students. You will be guaranteed a monthly salary across 12 months a year, whilst working during term-time only.

  • Our generic role focuses on supporting learners with specific identified learning difficulties.This role is offered across 34 weeks per year, 10 or 20 hours per week
  • Our PMLD/SLDD role assists learners with physical disabilities, providing social, emotional and behavioural support. The provision of manual handling, hoist support and personal care is also an essential part of the PMLD/SLDD role. This role is offered across 36 weeks per year, 12 or 24 hours per week

Whilst a background working in an educational setting would be an advantage, we would also be pleased to hear from individuals who have relevant experience working with young people and/or adults with additional care needs, in a variety of settings.

Our main requirement is that you can demonstrate the passion and commitment to motivate and enthuse your learners, helping them to develop their skills and independence.
