Permanent and 36 hours per week

41 days holiday per year including 8 bank holidays and 3 ‘given’ days at Christmas, all pro-rata as applicable.

An exciting and rewarding opportunity has arisen for a Team Administrator to join our Quality Department. This role will play an important part in assisting the team to ensure high quality procedures and standards are in place across all college provision – and most importantly helping to ensure that students are receiving a high-quality experience during their studies.

In your role you will support the immediate team as well as teaching and other staff across college. Excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills will therefore be essential, as well as the ability to effectively use a variety of IT packages, including Outlook, Excel and college databases / systems.

What you can offer us:

  • A minimum Level 2 Business Administration qualification or equivalent experience.
  • High quality administrative skills are essential and experience of minute taking would be desirable.
  • The ability to plan and schedule work to ensure a high level of detail and accuracy
  • Excellent customer service skills as the roles will work alongside a diverse range of stakeholders including staff, students and external partners
  • Demonstrable time management skills with the ability to plan work and meet strict deadlines.
  • Ability to work flexibly where needed while ensuring a high level of detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in all areas of the role
  • Knowledge of Microsoft software packages including Excel (training will be provided for internal systems).
