Permanent and 39 hours per week

41 days holiday per year including 8 bank holidays and 3 ‘given’ days at Christmas, all pro-rata as applicable.

An exciting and rewarding opportunity has arisen for a Quality and Data Officer to join our busy and friendly team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with proven administrative skills who wishes to develop into a more specialist quality and data role, or for someone already in this field looking for a new challenge.

This role will have responsibility in the team for carrying out a wide range of activities and leading on aspects of quality procedures and standards across all aspects of college provision. You will play an important part in helping to ensure students have a high-quality experience during their studies and support teaching staff and managers to deliver this.

Excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to effectively use IT systems and databases. You will also lead on individual projects, for example, preparing surveys and collating results; checking and preparing data for managers.

What you can offer us:

  • A minimum Level 3 (e.g. BTEC, A-Level) qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • High quality administrative skills and the ability to manage project work.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy while working to strict deadlines.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work flexibly to meet requests.
  • Demonstrable time management skills including the ability to plan and schedule your own work.  
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in all areas of the role
  • Knowledge of Microsoft software packages including Excel
