Do you have experience in the Electrical Industry, and would like to make a difference to the future of young people? Are you passionate, enthusiastic and skilled in this area, with in depth knowledge of the industry? You will be responsible for managing a caseload of learners across the island, visiting them on site and in the workplace to carry out reviews, assessments and observations.  You will ensure individuals meet identified targets for assessment and timely achievement and are given appropriate support, advice and guidance to meet the requirements of their qualification. 

The College has a strong commitment to developing our staff.  As such, there may be the potential for you to support the delivery of classroom teaching in the future, sharing the wealth of experience you have.  As such, full support will be given from a highly dedicated team to help you achieve a teaching qualification as necessary through the College’s in-house teacher training programme
