The Isle of Wight College would like to invite construction industry based employers to the new Business Centre (Newport Campus) to discuss the Green Agenda on the Isle of Wight and how we can help them with training, re-skilling and up-skilling of their workforce.
A flexible itinerary for the day has been set for your convenience, comprising of:
- Arrival and introductions, grab a tea/coffee
- An overview of proposed facilities, equipment that will be being installed in the college's new Net Zero area and courses that are proposed to be offered
- A tour of our plumbing department showing air source, rain water and grey water harvesting
- Comfort break
- Forum for discussion – Your input to what you see as the future of installation work on the Isle of Wight and how the College could facilitate the up-skilling needed.
- A short questionnaire before you leave to enable us to meet employer needs
