On Saturday 27th January the Isle of Wight College, which received a shining Ofsted report at the end of last year, is opening its doors to prospective students and their families, with tours, tasters, and exciting updates. · Engineering

· Computing

· Health

· Childcare

· Plumbing & Gas

· Business

· Hair & Beauty

· Legal Services

· Animal Management

The open day is not only for students leaving school though, but there will also be opportunities for adults to find out more about:

· Apprenticeships

· Distance Learning

· Access to Higher Education courses

· Short Courses and Employer Training

· International opportunities

· University Centre Isle of Wight

Prospective students can also find out about the range of bursaries and financial assistance available as well as the college’s vast range of enrichment such as the Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme, subsidised international travel and use of on-site facilities such as the salons and college gym.
