There is no entry requirement for studying on the ESOL English programme, but you will be asked to complete a BKSB online test which will assess your level of English and determine the level of your course of study..
Who the course is for
This course is for part-time learners whose native language is not English, who live or plan to live in the UK. It is suitable for all levels of English learner, beginner to advanced. It is an exam-based course taught over three modules (Reading, Writing and Speaking & Listening). At the end of each termly module students complete a City and Guilds ESOL qualification.

You will be invited to the IOW College to complete an online BKSB assessment

Additional information
Students may be required to pay £120.00 per termly module of study. Some students may be eligible for public funding upon application. Evidence of visa or residency status is required upon application.
