Aimed at learners working in a range of roles in the Engineering and Manufacturing sector, this qualification will validate employment in a broad range of engineering  sectors.

What you will learn

To complete your Diploma you will study 11 units that include titles such as Health & Safety, Communication For Engineers, Math's for Engineers, Technical Drawing, Computer Aided Design, Electrical and Electronic Principles, Primary Forming, Secondary Finishing, Engineering Project, Thermodynamics and Mechanical Principles.

Learning takes place through the delivery of lectures and submission of assignments.

Progression

Successful candidate from this two year course will have the option to progress toward their HNC Mechanical or Electronic Engineering awarded by the University of Portsmouth
