What you will learn

  • The role and responsibilities of cabin crew

  • How to deal with emergency situations on board an aircraft

  • Passenger service and customer care skills

  • Sales techniques for products and services during flights

  • Making clear and professional passenger announcements

  • Aviation industry terminology and practices

You will also build essential workplace skills including teamwork, communication, personal presentation, and professional conduct.

How you will learn

You will learn through engaging lessons, group activities, and scenario-based practical work that reflects real-life cabin crew duties. The course includes six mandatory units, all assessed internally through coursework and practical assessments.
