You will gain the practical training and skills that tourism employers are looking for; such as customer service, sales techniques planning holidays and trips, in addition to exploring specific industries such as cruise, holiday reps and hospitality events.
A variety of methods will be used to enable you to achieve your potential, as we know that everyone learns in different ways. You will spend around 9 hours a week in the classroom, learning about the different topics and gaining/developing new skills.
ELearning, is also a vital element of the course, which is used to support and enhance your learning, using a variety of online and mobile apps.
On completion of this course, you can progress to an apprenticeship, further study at level 3 or start a career in the tourism industry.
