The course is for people who want to pursue their careers in the catering industry and will be able to make choices, with the necessary qualifications to support those choices. The course will cover both front of house theory and kitchen skills, and various aspects of hotel and restaurant operations.

Progression onto level 2, or full-time employment, and it will enable you to make a decision as to what area of the Hospitality industry you might like to take, be it front of house or as a chef or even management. Some of our successful learner’s are running their own businesses, some are working abroad, some are working on the mainland or at sea, you will be able to make the choice that suits you.
