Who is this course for?
This course is for aspirational students who wish to develop their knowledge and understanding of Business and Administration, with proven application in a “real world” setting. This T Level has an emphasis on real industry experience and is equivalent to three A Levels. You will cover topics such as: Business Context, People, Quality Compliance, Project, and Change Management.
What will the interview involve?
The interview will involve a 1:1 interview with the course coordinator and an aptitude activity relevant to leadership and management skills. You will also have the chance to discuss your own personal goals and ambitions.

How will I learn?
You will be taught in a variety of ways to include workshops, lectures and seminars whilst also undertaking industry placement, to help support and underpin the theoretical knowledge gained in class. Digital methods of teaching and learning will be embedded to enable you to access materials at all times.
Your T Level will include an industry placement with a local employer to develop the practical and technical skills required to work in your chosen occupation. The placement is for a minimum of 315 hours/45 days. The college will also support students to secure a relevant industry placement. You will need to be flexible in your approach to working times. Whilst two days per week will be put aside onto your timetable for your Industry Placement, the nature of the health sector means that you may be required to work shifts including early mornings or late evenings.

This is a full-time course which consists of up to 5 days study and placement a week. You will be required to work in your own time and complete tasks under your own initiative.
