Solent Partners has successfully secured over £1.2m from the Department for Education (DfE) to support the establishment of Skills Bootcamps for the Solent region. This funding will boost for the Solent's workforce, ensuring employers have access to new talent, and individuals acquire the skills to get the type of jobs that they aspire to.

Picture this: A free, flexible course for 10 weeks, specifically tailored for adults aged 19 and above. These bootcamps are not your average training programmes – they're dynamic, employer-inspired sessions designed to tackle skill shortages head-on.
