Developing managers is linked to a 23% rise in organisation performance (source: CMI)
This training is developed specifically for employees who are already working in managerial roles and looking to develop their skills and gain a recognised qualification in order to aid career progression and take on greater responsibility in the workplace.
The majority of training is directly linked to the position an employee already holds. Learners will use their practical experience in the workplace as evidence to complete a series of assignments, and will develop additional formalised knowledge by attending masterclasses to develop underpinning leadership principles. Learners will maintain regular contact with their tutor and will receive regular workplace visits from an assessor to review progress and discuss individual action plans. Courses start throughout the year so employees can begin at a time that suits the individual and the organisation.
