Who the course is for
The course is for people who want to pursue their careers in the catering industry. The course will cover both front of house theory and kitchen skills, and various aspects of hotel and restaurant operations.
What the interview will involve
You will be sent a career plan prior to your interview date to complete and bring along with you on the day. The interview is a two-way process which will give you the opportunity to discuss the course and suitability with the subject tutor.
What you will learn
The course is made up of a number of qualifications with associated units.
Students will all study: Introduction to Hospitality, Food preparation, Food cooking, Food service, Providing a table and tray service, Customer service, Healthy eating.

A level 1 in Hospitality prepares you for employment and provides a good grounding to go on to a more advanced course.
